    We were married at CN on November 21, 2009 and I received my certificate 2 weeks ago via UPS.

    NOPE, we were married Nov 5, 2009 at CSA. Nothing yet. But Debbie told me it could be up to 16 weeks. So I'm hoping for a Valentine day arrival.
