The time is here for many of you to trade in your snow boots for flip flops and scarves for sun block as we welcome Spring, and we here at Couples Resorts have been working feverishly to make things better for you – our valued guests. With the recent completion of the renovations at Couples Sans Souci and the start of the complete overhaul of Couples Ocho Rios – restoring it to its original Old World Jamaican charm - we’ve been busy fulfilling our commitment to offering enhanced experiences and even more memorable vacations. Couples Ocho Rios closed its doors in March and is scheduled to re-open with a roar (remember the Lions?) on December 15, 2008, so stay tuned for details and updates.

In addition to my love letter reading service, we’ve added another romance component to our website. Go to www.couples.com/tips and find my personal suggestions on ways to maintain or rekindle your romance with gestures as simple as breakfast in bed, a relaxing massage or recipes to dine by candlelight. I will be updating the tips every week with two new tips. Let me know what you think. This is just another way to show our dedication to creating deep and emotional connections between you and our resorts.

After much discussion and debate on our Message Board, we relaunched our Romance Reward program on March 5. Now, members will be pampered with unique benefits based on the number of nights they have stayed. We’ve instituted three “award” levels that encompass various signature Couples items and services to show our appreciation to our returning guests.
