We at Couples Resorts understand that, just like relationships,
creating the perfect environment for romantic connections takes
work. As the Caribbean’s most inclusive all-inclusive resorts, each
one of our properties consistently strives to enhance the
all-encompassing experiences we offer to our guests. It’s for that
reason we thought we’d share with you the new and exciting things
you’ll find at all of our Couples Resorts properties this fall.
Enjoy!
Couples Resorts Named Caribbean’s Best Spas
For the first time in company history, three of Couples Resorts’
four Jamaican all-inclusive properties have been named to
Travel+Leisure’s coveted Top Caribbean Hotel Spas list. Couples Sans
Souci, Couples Negril and Couples Swept Away were voted the top one,
two and three best hotel spas in the Caribbean by thousands of
Travel+Leisure readers around the globe. We wanted to take this
opportunity to thank those of you who voted, and hope that you will
all come home soon to get your own award-winning spa treatment.

Couples Swept Away Bartender Declared
Jamaica’s Best Mojito Mixologist
Couples Swept Away bar team leader Obrian Jackson recently took
first place in Jamaica’s Bacardi Mojito Competition, and we couldn’t
be prouder. The competition attracted over 30 of Jamaica’s best
Mojito mixologists; but, Jackson’s concoction, the Cool Breeze
Mojito, mixed with Bacardi Rum, watermelon, cucumber, mint, lime
juice and soda water, won him the grand prize of $100,000 JA.
Jackson is now ready to represent Jamaica in the Caribbean Regional
Competition, scheduled to take place in 2010. Make sure you do your
part to help him prepare for the next big competition by ordering
one of Jackson’s Cool Breeze Mojitos next time you’re at Couples
Swept Away.

Tennis Camp Gives Local Children Opportunity
to Train with International Professionals
At Couples Resorts we continually look for opportunities to give
back to our local Jamaican communities. With the generous support
that Couples Resorts receives from guests and friends, in
conjunction with the Issa Trust Foundation, Couples Swept Away
recently hosted its 5th annual Junior Tennis Camp at the property’s
10-acre sports and fitness complex. The lively six-week program gave
34 children from local Jamaican communities the opportunity to train
with local and international tennis professionals. The Issa Trust
foundation is a non-profit organization established by Couples
Resorts. For more information about how you can get involved, visit
http://issatrustfoundation.com, or ask for one of the managers
the next time you come home to Couples Resorts.
