Franklyn Wallace, also known as Frankie, has been bartending at Couples Negril for five and a half years. In 2009, he was the winner of the Most Mentioned Team Member award, as determined by a Couples Negril guest questionnaire. Frankie does a great job keeping the guests entertained on every visit to the bar. When not at work, Frankie enjoys playing soccer and listening to dancehall music. His favorite food is steamed fish with boiled yams and green bananas. If he could have dinner with anyone in the world, Frankie would choose Serena Williams because of her great personality and determination to get to the top.
Byron Winston Sinclair - Couples
Tower Isle
Byron Winston Sinclair, whose nickname is “Dragon”, has been a bell hop at Couples Tower Isle for seven years. His favorite part of the job is giving guests a great first impression that sets the pace for the rest of their vacation. He remembers one guest’s arrival, who was so excited to see Byron that they said he was the reason they returned. Byron enjoys playing football, cricket and listening to hip hop music. He spends his days-off going to the beach with his family. His favorite movie is, “Smile Orange” and he enjoys the band “Third World”. Miguel Antonio St Francis Murphy - Couples Sans Souci
Miguel Antonio St. Francis Murphy is from Boscobel, St. Mary, and has been the entertainment coordinator at Couples Sans Souci for three and a half years. Known around the resort as, “Mini Me”, Miguel entertains, socializes and coordinates activities with the guests. His most memorable moment was when a repeater surprised him by coming back after only three months. She wanted to be there to celebrate Miguel’s birthday with him, since he had made her birthday so special. When not at work, Miguel is either hanging out with his family and girlfriend, or working on his dancing.
Cleopatra D’Agular

Cleopatra D’Agular, also known as Cleo, is from Savanna-La-Mar. She has been the food and beverage team leader at Couples Swept Away for seven years, and overseas all of the food service outlets. Cleo enjoys meeting new guests, and her most memorable moment was meeting Lenox Lewis while he vacationed at Couples Swept Away. In her spare time Cleo enjoys playing with her kids, baking and watching movies. Her favorite movie is, “Lean on Me”, and her favorite food is curry goat with rice. If she could have dinner with anyone in the world it would be Will Smith, because she loves his movies and he is a “family man”.
