SCUBA DIVING

Couples Resorts' scuba diving adventures are all included in your vacation package. Divers will appreciate our state-of-the-art dive boats and the active underwater world of Jamaica. All the gear you need is included, fit by our expert dive staff.

CERTIFIED DIVER PROGRAM

Dives are offered every day with a deep dive in the morning and shallow in the afternoon. On Saturday, we offer a two tank dive in the morning only; night dives are offered, based on availability ($50 additional charge.) Certified divers can dive once per day. Consider upgrading your certification while you are visiting by taking an Advanced Course for an additional charge.

NON-CERTIFIED DIVERS

Non-Certified Divers can participate in a complimentary Resort course and one complimentary introductory dive. Additional non-certified dives are $50 per person, subject to availability. The Resort Course is offered Monday through Friday at 9:00 am. Guests are asked to sign-up one day in advance. This is not a PADI certification course.

OPEN WATER REFERRALS

Our PADI Instructors can assist you to complete any portion of the Open Water Course you may have begun at home for an additional charge. Couples Swept Away and Couples Sans Souci also offer online theory PADI classes. PADI certifications, Advanced and Specialty Dives, Full Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver and Dive Master Certifications available for an additional charge.

ALL DIVERS

Please review the medical questionnaire (hyperlink). Complete this form if you have a medical condition that may require a doctor's waiver. Make sure to get the appropriate waiver before arriving at the resort (the form must be stamped by the physician / medical facility. UPTON GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB

For guests of Couples Tower Isle and Couples Sans Souci. The 18-hole par-71 course boasts rolling hills and sweeping sea views, while narrow fairways and small drop-off greens add an intriguing level of challenge.

CADDY & GOLF CARTS

• $17.00 per caddy for 18 holes walking; $12.00 per caddy for 9 holes walking
• $25.00 per caddy for 18 holes on shared cart; $17.00 per caddy for 9 holes on a shared cart
• Caddies are not Couples Resorts employees, tips are accepted
• Yamaha Carts: $40.00 per cart for 18 holes; $25.00 for 9 holes
• Gear for ladies and gents, left and right handed: Taylor Made Club rentals are available for $45.00 for 18 holes or $30.00 for 9 holes; Adidas Shoe rentals: $16.00 (includes free pair of socks).

NEGRIL HILLS, NEGRIL

Golfers at Couples Swept Away and Couples Negril are welcome at the Negril Hills Golf Course. Elevated tees and greens, picturesque water hazards and gently undulating fairways characterize the 6,333 yard-long, par-72 course.

• $14 per caddy for 18 holes; $7 for 9 holes.
• Carts: optional at $35 per cart for 18 holes; $17.50 for 9 holes.
