Request to Switch Agency Details

If you have moved to a different agency and wish to have your Couples travel agent incentive account updated to show the NEW agency information, you must first obtain permission from the owner of the OLD agency to move any registrations and benefits you have earned while working for your OLD agency.

Please request that your OLD agency owner contact the Couples Resorts Business Development Manager for your region to make the request.  Couples Resorts will onfirm the request and provide you with information necessary to complete the move to your NEW agency.
