In the wake of Hurricane Melissa, our dedicated teams are working diligently to restore full operations. During this time, we are not only ensuring our properties are fully restored, but also giving our team members the support and time they need to recover, so they can welcome you back with the warmth, joy, and excellence you’ve come to expect.

To ensure we can safely deliver the full Couples experience, with all guest inclusions and amenities restored, our resorts will reopen on December 1, 2025.

If you have a reservation scheduled before December 1, 2025, you may:

• Reschedule for any date through Dec 24, 2025, or May 1 – Dec 24, 2026, original rate protected and without penalties.
• Receive a travel credit valid for one year from your original arrival date.
• Request a full refund of the hotel portion of your reservation.

At this time, our phone and reservation systems are experiencing intermittent disruptions. We kindly ask that you email us at CRRES@couples.com and include the following details to help us assist you as efficiently as possible:

• Full name
• Reservation number
• Travel dates
• Property name

Our team is reviewing inquiries in the order received and prioritizing guests with imminent travel. For urgent travel, we encourage you to check with your airline for the latest flight updates.
