With seven unique bars, Couples Sans Souci offers one beautiful setting after another for sipping your favorite cocktail—or savoring one of ours. Whatever you do, don’t miss the iconic Balloon Piano Bar, a true treasure among Jamaica’s all-inclusive resorts.
Martini Bar 5pm - 9pm (Except Tuesday and Friday)
Take a seat and enjoy one of our signature martini cocktails at sunset. It's the perfect spot for a meet-and-greet with fellow guests.
Palazzina Bar 12:30pm - 3pm and 6:30pm - 10pm
Sip drinks on the outdoor terrace or relax inside at this hearty bistro. For those yearning to take in the Jamaican air, outside seating overlooks lush garden grounds and shimmering seas.
Balloon Piano Bar 3pm - 1am
This casually elegant setting overlooking the pool features a grand piano and seating enclaves clustered around an octagonal-shaped bar. Our resident band plays nightly at 7:45pm followed by a sing-a-long at 11pm (except Tuesdays and Fridays).
Beach Bar 10am - 1am
Mingle with guests at the Beach Bar just outside Bella Vista Restaurant. Enjoy light reggae music and bartender specials at this guest favorite for late-night fun.
Sunset Beach Bar
Located in our small bay, this bar is next to the pool and grill in the au natural section. The bare necessities are certainly surpassed with this fully stocked bar. Enjoy every imaginable drink in this secluded area.

Flag Service
No need to get up to get your drinks! Guests can stick a flag in the sand while lounging on the beach and have the bar staff bring over their order.
Pool Bar 10am - 5:30pm
Head over to the main pool to relax with a cool tropical drink. This swim-up bar overlooks the resort’s crescent beach and is the perfect spot for a swim and sip.
Sunset Beach Bar
April – August:
