Our 10-acre sports & fitness complex includes nine tennis courts (five clay, four hard), four pickleball courts, two squash courts, two racquetball courts, a fully equipped gym, a 25-meter lap pool, aerobics, yoga, an outdoor jogging track, steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzi, and a basketball court. All lessons and training sessions are included.

Whether interested in a game of singles, doubles or simply a lesson to improve your serve, our five professional-grade clay and five hard surface courts along with our seasoned tennis pros are sure to please even the most passionate tennis player. Sign up for daily private USPTR instruction or participate in an energetic group clinic twice a day. Indoor racquetball, squash and table tennis are also available.

Head to the Sports Complex to work out in a fully equipped fitness center featuring all the latest cardio and weight training equipment. Join a pick-up basketball game on our outdoor court or take a job around the outdoor track. Our team of certified trainers will design a routine just for you.

Savor our fresh juice of the day or sip a tropical fruit smoothie at the Seagrape Cafe overlooking Seven Mile Beach or the indoor/outdoor Sports Juice Bar at the Sports Complex.
Spinning Classes
Group spin is offered whenever we have a guest instructor, however, couples are welcome and encouraged to spin on their own. Please ask at the Front Desk if group classes are available during your stay.
Massage Classes
Our professional massage staff shares tips on the fine art of massage, teaching couples how to give each other this amazing and romantic treat. Classes are offered once per week.

Aquacise Classes
For guests seeking to lessen the impact on their bones, joints, and muscles, Aquacise Fitness is for you. Aquatic fitness utilizes buoyancy to take extra stress and pressure away from stressed areas. Our class exercises range from basic aerobics to resistance training.
Unlimited Golf
Negril Hills Golf Club
Sharpen your golf swing at Negril Hills Golf Club, one of Jamaica's premier championship golf courses. Green fees and transportation are our treat. Please reserve your tee time one day in advance. Transport departs at 8 am and 1:05pm, and returns to the resorts at 11am, 1 pm and 4pm. Please note: caddies are mandatory and tipping is customary. Guests may rent a set of Pro Select and Taylor Made golf clubs from the club’s Pro Shop.

Sunbathe and socialize by one of three swimming pools, including the sun-splashed Main Pool overlooking the beach and the Cabana Grill pool, where tropical cocktails at the swim-up bar await.

Snorkeling Tours
Hop aboard our glass bottom boats for a snorkeling tour to one of 30 different snorkel sites showcasing the island's natural coral reefs. Fins, masks, and snorkels are all provided.
Hobie Cat Sailing
Sail the turquoise waters right off Seven Mile Beach. For those who've never set foot on a sailboat, beginner lessons are offered by our Watersports Staff.
Kayaking
Our fleet of sea kayaks offers optimum speed and grace. Available as a single or two-person hull, each kayak has a closed-deck design with self-draining scuppers to keep you dry out on the water. Lessons are offered daily, 9am - 4pm.
Water Skiing
Our high-powered water ski boats ride smoothly over the waves, pulling guests behind them on two skis, a mono-ski or a wakeboard. Expert instruction is available. Water skis, wakeboards, and life vests are included.
Windsurfing
The steady Caribbean breeze creates the perfect conditions for windsurfing. Our state-of-the-art fiberglass windsurfers are perfectly sized so everyone can enjoy the experience. Equipment, life vests, and lessons (9am – 4pm) are offered daily.
Pool Volleyball
Head to the Main Pool for a casual or competitive game of pool volleyball. Create a team with a few of your favorite couples or check with the Entertainment Desk for times and teams.
Paddleboards
Try this offshoot of surfing in our calm Caribbean waters. If you’re a beginner, start by kneeling on the board and using your arms to propel yourself forward, then graduate to standing and using a paddle to navigate.

Quintessentially Caribbean, a ride aboard our glass bottom boats opens up a whole new world. Explore the natural beauty of the tropics from the turquoise sea — each glass-bottom boat tour is a thrilling adventure on its own.
Shopping Tours
Explore island artistry with a visit to a local craft market where you’ll find tie-dye, woodcarvings, and block-printed fabrics crafted by Jamaicans. Included in the tour is a stop at several duty-free shops featuring an array of spirits, perfumes, and luxury goods.
Unlimited Golf
Tee off at Upton Golf & Country Club, one of Jamaica's premier championship golf courses. Our bus picks you up at approximately 8am and 11am and 1and returns to the resort at 1:00 pm and 4pm. Greens fees and transportation are our treat. Private golf lessons with an experienced pro are available for an additional fee. We recommend that guests make a reservation for either course one day in advance. Note: Caddies are mandatory and tipping is customary.
Golf at Upton Golf & Country Club
For guests of Couples Tower Isle and Couples Sans Souci, the Upton Golf & Country Club is a golfer’s dream come true. Built in 1951 as a 9-hole course by PK Saunders, the 18-hole par-71 course stretches out over rolling hills of Bermuda grass with striking views of the aqua-blue Caribbean and the lush mountain landscape. All of the greens have been recently resurfaced with Tifdwarf Bermuda grass.
Precision is the name of the game in this course. Even without major forced carries and few fairway bunkers, ten holes are flanked by out-of-bounds stakes making each shot a thrilling exercise of skill. Narrow fairways and small drop-off greens add a further level of challenge.
Guests may rent Yamaha golf carts, Adidas golf shoes, and Taylor Made RBZ golf clubs at the club's pro shop.
The course rating and slope are as follows:
- Blue tees have 70.90 ratings and 128 slopes at 6,404 yards
- White tees 69.90 rating and 125 slope at 6,054 yards
- Red tees 69.30 rating and 120 slope at 4,961 yards
Rental & Caddy Fees
- Mandatory Carts and Caddy fees of $50 per person must be paid at the resort.
- Left and Right-handed clubs are available for rental. Taylor Made Clubs are approximately $60.00 for 18 holes.

Catamaran Cruise
Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Caribbean sunset when you climb aboard a catamaran for a complimentary sail excursion complete with rum punch and swimming off the hull. Depart directly from the beach for this late afternoon sail to Jamaica's West End. Trips depart daily at 3:15pm with boarding starting at 3pm, except Sundays and Thursdays.
Trip to Margaritaville
Founded by singer Jimmy Buffett, Margaritaville in Negril captures the relaxed and friendly spirit of the Caribbean. Enjoy open-air dining, beach activities, and island entertainment. Transportation via the Margaritaville Party Bus and entrance fee are complimentary.
Trip to Popular Sunset Bar
Sunset Bar, known as Pushcart to locals, is one of our most popular excursions. A complimentary van takes you to an outdoor restaurant/bar on the cliffs in Negril's West End. Sit at a table right on the edge of the cliff overlooking Jamaica's beautiful coast and enjoy a brilliant sunset. This casual dining restaurant serves up true Jamaican cuisine and offers drinks, music, and good vibes. Offered Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 5pm.

Janelle Lanier
Yoga Teacher, July 20th
Janelle is a fitness and wellness professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science and is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified Breathwork Coach, and certified Meditation Teacher.
Janelle began her career in fitness out of a deep interest in how movement, breath, and mindset affect the body and spirit. Over the years, she expanded her practice to include yoga, meditation, and breathwork to offer a more holistic and sustainable path to wellness.
She has been teaching yoga for 6 years, specializing in Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga with Weights, Gentle Flow, Yoga Nidra, and Yin yoga. She has taught breathwork for 3 years and guided meditation for the past year, helping students reduce stress, increase body awareness, and cultivate a deeper connection to self and spirit.
Janelle is passionate about creating accessible, grounding experiences that meet people wherever they are on their journey. Her approach is rooted in both science and soul—blending evidence-based practices with mindful movement and breath to help students feel refreshed, restored, and aligned.
Melanie Rankin
Group Fitness, Jul 27th
Melanie has been passionate about fitness her entire life. A competitive gymnast from the age of three through college, she earned All-American honors as a collegiate athlete before transitioning into coaching, where she spent nine years training young gymnasts.
Her commitment to health and wellness led her to pursue a career in personal training. She completed her certification at the Personal Training Institute in Minneapolis, MN, and began her professional journey at Gold’s Gym. Soon after, Melanie launched her own fitness studio, Crow River Fitness, where she combined her expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to help others reach their goals.
Since 2018, Melanie has been a key member of the Endurance Fitness team in Lino Lakes, MN, where she teaches high-energy Tabata classes and offers one-on-one personal training. She also provides in-home personal training services, making fitness accessible and personalized for her clients.
A dedicated endurance athlete, Melanie has completed six half marathons and two full marathons. Her passion for fitness is not only professional but personal—she prioritizes her health and strength to stay active and energized for her two young sons.
Donna Markel
Yoga, Jul 27th
Donna is an experienced educator and wellness advocate with a rich background in language instruction and mind-body integration. For many years, she taught French and Spanish to students ages 10 to 18, guiding them from introductory through advanced levels. Her passion for teaching naturally extended into the realm of wellness through her longtime personal yoga practice.
Inspired by the transformative effects of yoga, Donna pursued training in Yoga Calm®, a program designed to help children manage stress, build focus, and boost self-esteem. During the final three years of her public school career, she successfully integrated Yoga Calm® into her classroom. The results were remarkable—students thrived both emotionally and academically, developing tools to regulate their nervous systems and find greater inner balance.
Motivated by this success, Donna continued her journey by earning her yoga teacher 200 hour certification, with the goal of expanding her reach to both youth and adults. In 2024, she added a Mat Pilates certification, further enhancing her ability to support others in cultivating strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Today, Donna brings her expertise and uplifting spirit to vacationers, offering yoga and Pilates sessions that are welcoming to all levels—from curious beginners to seasoned practitioners. Her classes are infused with joy, presence, and community connection, making movement and mindfulness accessible and enjoyable.
She feels deeply grateful to share these practices and finds immense fulfillment in helping others discover the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga and Pilates while at rest and play.
Sheila Scarpulla

Sheila is a dedicated instructor in Aqua Fitness, Qigong, and Tai Chi, bringing over two years of experience and a lifelong passion for holistic wellness to her teaching. Her journey into these practices was inspired by a deep commitment to personal growth, mental well-being, and helping others find balance through mindful movement. She believes in the power of gentle yet effective exercise to heal, strengthen, and energize both the body and mind.
Her training includes studies with respected masters such as Jesse Tsao of Taichi Healthways and Dr. Paul Lam of the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Sheila continues to advance her knowledge through workshops, courses, and daily personal practice, ensuring her students benefit from both traditional wisdom and modern, evidence-based techniques.
In her classes, Sheila creates a welcoming and supportive environment where students of all levels feel comfortable exploring their own wellness journey. Whether guiding movements in the water, flowing through a Tai Chi form, or leading calming Qigong exercises, Sheila emphasizes mindfulness, breath, and joy in every session.
Outside the classroom, Sheila lives what she teaches. She enjoys dancing, swimming, and meditating.

Certified through AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor and Zumba Instructor, Ingrid is known for her magnetic energy, joyful spirit, and unwavering commitment to helping others discover a love for fitness.
Her journey began in St. Louis, Missouri, and has since grown into a thriving fitness community in Camdenton, Missouri, at the Lake of the Ozarks. Ingrid currently teaches FIT Camp (a boot-camp style class) on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and evenings, as well as Piloga—a fusion of Pilates and Yoga—on Mondays.
Recognizing the importance of balance, flexibility, and mindfulness as we age, Ingrid became a certified 200-hour YogaRenew Instructor three years ago. She now integrates yoga into her own daily routine and shares its benefits with clients across her fitness programs.
Ingrid’s passion lies in showing people how great exercise can feel—and how fun it can be! She believes in the power of group classes to build accountability, foster community, and make wellness a consistent part of life—even on vacation. What started as a class with one participant has blossomed into a loyal following of over 200 clients, many of whom stay connected through her regular six-week newsletters, Facebook updates, and word-of-mouth referrals.
She currently teaches at a local church recreation center and looks forward to expanding her yoga offerings to meet growing demand within her community.

Jim is a dedicated wellness instructor whose passion for Yoga and Tai Chi has transformed not only his own life, but the lives of his students. With a background in high-impact sports—including hockey, waterskiing, and tournament golf—Jim understands the toll physical activity can take on the body. After experiencing numerous injuries and setbacks over the years, he turned to yoga, Tai Chi, and resistance training as tools for healing and long-term wellness.
Jim brings a fun, light-hearted energy to his classes, blending mindfulness with movement in a way that makes yoga and Tai Chi accessible to all. He teaches a variety of styles across Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates, welcoming students of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. His unique approach often attracts participants who never imagined themselves practicing yoga—proving that movement can be both effective and enjoyable.
