Tammy Jackson

In 1997, after struggling with severe back pain, Tammy was introduced to yoga as a potential remedy—and it changed her life. Not only did yoga alleviate her pain, but it also helped her build physical and mental strength, improve overall fitness, and lose 10 pounds. Inspired by these life-changing results, she pursued her first yoga certification through YogaFit in 1999 and began teaching soon after.

She began her career in 2002, initially drawn to fitness instruction as a flexible part-time opportunity while raising her two sons. What started with her love of step aerobics quickly expanded into a diverse and well-rounded career. Today, Holly teaches a wide variety of formats including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, mobility, active aging, Bodypump (barbell strength training), and Bodycombat (mixed martial arts cardio).
