A certified Yoga instructor and teacher trainer, she brings a wealth of experience to her classes, having taught diverse groups, from football and softball teams to children, seniors, and individuals with special needs, often on a volunteer basis.

She is a certified Yoga instructor, teacher trainer. Her passion is sharing the benefits of Hatha Yoga and many other schools of Yoga. Elaine organizes and conducts workshops and teaches at Yoga retreats in the San Bernadino Mountains, California.

Dorothy Stradling is a passionate fitness educator, wife, and mother who finds true joy in movement. Teaching since 2014, she brings a high-energy, inclusive approach to every class and holds multiple certifications, including AFAA Group Exercise, 200-hour RYT, Zumba, Aqua Body Strong SUP, and AEA Aqua Aerobics.

Anne Keith

Anne Keith graduated in June 2015 from the Lifetime Lifepower Yoga Academy.
Her favorite format to teach is a very active flow class, however, she also teaches yin yoga in a relaxed, slow-paced format and anything in between. She believes yoga is for everyone, and it can benefit everybody without injury if the practitioner is aware of his or her limitations and body signals.

Jennifer Treacy is a certified spin and group fitness instructor with over 25 years of experience, known as "Jenergy" for her positive, fun, and motivating vibe. She believes that if exercise is enjoyable, people will stick with it, and she brings that philosophy into every class. In addition to her fitness career, she's a licensed pharmacist and seasoned marathon runner, having completed races in over 11 states, including the Boston Marathon twice. Passionate about health and the outdoors, she also enjoys skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and yoga.

As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, she infuses her sessions with mindfulness and balance.

Wendy writes regularly for Brainz Magazine and is currently working on a book about the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, offering ancient wisdom in a modern voice.
