Nataliya Madrid

June 8, Yoga

With over 15 years of personal yoga practice, Nataliya is a dedicated yoga teacher passionate about guiding others toward greater peace, strength, and self-awareness. Her journey began as a personal exploration of well-being, which deepened two years ago during a transformative 300-hour yoga and meditation training in the jungles of Bali. Inspired to share the tools that have shaped her own life, she completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training on the serene island of Koh Phangan, Thailand.

Sherri Pope

June 22 and Jun3 29, Yoga

Sherri has been teaching yoga for 19 years. She teaches a Vinyasa style of yoga with some Hatha included as well. She was certified in 2018 in a 200-hour YTT program at the Yoga House in Abilene, Tx. She also received a certification in Les Mills Body Flow Yoga with some Tai Chi & pilates incorporated into the class, this was obtained in Abilene, Tx as well in 2006. She has always been active in fitness since she was a young girl, growing up with active parents & siblings. She began her fitness journey around 1981 & has continued through the present.
