VVIP tickets are $350 USD and VIP tickets are $200 USD. VIP ticket prices can change without notice when early bird tickets run out.

Are there any organized shuttles for Couples Tower Isle guests?

Yes. Courtesy shuttles will be provided to and from Couples Tower Isle before and after the event.

If I purchased a package online through Couples.com, how would I receive my tickets?

You will receive your tickets from the front desk after your arrival and check in at your chosen property.

What are the differences between the VVIP & VIP event tickets?

What is included for V-VIP Guests?

  •  Early entry at 5:45 p.m.
  •  V-VIP Guest Entrance
  •  Private pre-concert cocktail reception on an idyllic beach cove beginning at 6:30 p.m.
  • Premium seating - front and centre stage - during the concert
  • All-inclusive hospitality: a sumptuous menu and top shelf spirits

What is included for VIP Guests?

  • Pre-concert cocktails beginning at 7:00 p.m.
  • Comfortable, cushioned seating on the transformed main lawn during the concert;
  • All-Inclusive hospitality: a sumptuous menu and top shelf spirits.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds for event tickets purchased. However, the following exceptions apply: should the event be postponed your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Should the event be cancelled, your ticket will be refunded
